Job Description	§ Complete knowledge on local and upcountry markets for purchase of materials § Should be willing to travel extensively for finding out new markets for quality products § Capable of Identifying new millers/whole sellers/traders & farmers for procurement § Should be in contact with millers producing range of grocery products throughout India with good face value § Should be capable enough to identify and purchase quality materials § Should be a good negotiator § Should guess present and future market trends and plan procurement accordingly § Should be updated with market price on day to day activities § Good Knowledge of Rules and Regulations of FSSAI
