§ Managing the sales team and all sales activities within the company. § Capable of handling sales team of at least 20 members. § Carrying out Training and Motivating sales team and lead the team to achieve sales targets. § Should be willing to travel extensively to find the potential markets and place our brand. § Capable of motivating team to push sales and do cross-selling. § Capable of handling distributors. § Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively. § Setting sales targets and activity key performance indicators on weekly/monthly/yearly basis. § Reporting on progress towards sales KPI’s. § Visiting customers and potential customers alongside sales executives. § Cold calling distributors/vendors and selling services and products. § Liaising with other departments within the company. § Arranging to attend industry conferences and events. |
